I had a very pleasant experience at the Sylvan Rd Enterprise location. Although I had to wait an extra hour, the regional manager provided extra customer service. I would recommend this location to others. I plan to make this my rental location for future rentals.
MY REPRESENTATIVE IS THE BEST. AL MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS TO MY SATISFACTION. SHOWED ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT HOW THE CAR OPERATED. THAT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.
It's ok if you need to rent. However make sure they have your updated information. Because they never check to see if a number has changed or something. And they will be calling a number you had 10 years ago, But it's a rental car place. They are not rude and they do the job. Not much more to say about that.
Wait time was quick and for me very convenient. Staff was professional and also accommodating. They informed me of their service of pick up and drop off customers as well which i took advantage off. Al and Victor whom which works at the Sylvan Rd. location made me a valued customer and I will most definitely be back to rent from them again. Keep up the good work and great customer service. I came to this location because it was close to my home & actually had a good rate. I got a confirmation call & was told all I need to bring was a major credit. I wasn't told it was going to be a deposit. I normally don't pay deposits because I rent from Alamo at the airport just because I know my fees. The manager there was not hospitable at all! I had a major c.c. without the deposit and had a debit card. Couldn't use my debit card because I needed utility bills and such...I will never use this enterprise again because he Should have worked with me because his staff should have informed of that! I will also recommend others not to go there. Didn't like their customer service.
