Where to begin? Don't look on the door for the hours of operation. They open & close when they want to! I came at 6:54 pm & they normally close at 8pm even though the sign says 9pm! It was closed! The employee was standing there & I asked about the hours. She said that she wanted to cook dinner so she was going home. This is a normal practice. The bread be STALE, cookies old unless just made it THAT day! Advertise special sandwiches...won't have all the ingredients, so can't make the advertised sandwich.
